Pick-Up Orders:
- If the customer wants to have the products ready for pick-up at the office, the order needs to be paid in full. If the customer does not want to pay before they pick up the plants they can pay when they arrive and wait for the plants to be prepared. We cannot guarantee a time frame for plants to be prepared. Warranty is not available for plants that are picked up, no refunds or returns are available.
Tax Exemption Forms:
- A copy of the tax-exempt form needs to be presented and given to a General Landscape Solutions employee at checkout for company files. All tax-exempt forms need to be up to date and not expired. If the tax-exempt form is not received before payment then tax will be added to the order.
Online Orders:
- Warranty is not available for plants purchased through the online store.
- No refunds are available.
Deliveries:
- If a customer schedules a delivery a deposit must be made to put them on the schedule and to prepare their plants.
- General Landscape Solutions is not responsible for unloading the plants being delivered.
- When the products are delivered someone must be available with the proper equipment to unload the products within the appointed time frame.
- General Landscape Solutions and General Landscape Solutions employees are not liable for any damages done to the equipment, driveway, pavers, grass, sidewalks, fences, homes, pools, pipes, existing landscaping, wires, sprinklers, etc. during the delivery time.
- Based on the number of products and the size of the products being delivered you will have a certain amount of time to unload everything. If there is a failure to unload within the appointed time frame, additional charges will be applied to the balance.
- Warranty is not available for plants that are delivered without General Landscape Solutions' professional installation.
- The remaining balance for the products must be paid to the driver or paid over the phone to the office before the driver leaves the delivery site. No refunds are available under any circumstances. If a product is not wanted a Re-stock Fee will be applied to the bill.
- The delivery fee is based on the specific address that the plants will be delivered to, an approximate fee can be provided but the price may change when the full address is received.
Installations:
- For any project where digging in the ground is involved, Florida law states that property owners and excavators must call 811 at least two business days before digging to get underground utility lines marked at the dig site. If any damage is done the customer named on the paperwork will be held responsible. General Landscape Solutions is not responsible for any damage to grass, pavers, sidewalks, fences, homes, pools, pipes, existing landscaping, wires, sprinklers, etc. General Landscape Solutions will call 811 to check for underground utilities before your installation, responses can be checked with the ID#. If you would like to check the responses please ask the General Landscape Solutions employee. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the installation team of any irrigation, pipes, or other hardware that was installed by homeowners. If for some reason customer would not like to call 811 to check for underground utilities they are fully reliable for any and all expenses that result from not calling 811.
- To be scheduled for the installation a deposit is required.
- The remaining balance for the products must be paid to the driver or paid over the phone to the office. No refunds are available under any circumstances. If a product is not wanted a Restock Fee will be applied to the bill.
- The delivery fee is based on the specific address that the plants will be delivered to, an approximate fee can be provided but the price may change when the full address is received.
General Landscape Solutions Installation Warranty:
- General Landscape Solutions warrants products listed on the installation paperwork for six months after the installation by General Landscape Solutions if warranty coverage is purchased. Warranty cannot be purchased after the installation is complete. Warranty is only available for General Landscape Solutions plants that a General Landscape Solutions employee installs. Customers will be able to decide at the installation if they want to purchase General Landscape Solutions' six-month warranty for the plant(s). If yes, 12.5 percent of the plant(s) installed total cost (listed on paperwork) would be paid upfront with the purchase of the plant(s) and installation. If the customer wishes to replace the plant(s), another 12.5 percent of that plant's installed price must be paid to replace the tree and as well as any additional fees. If you choose not to purchase the warranty, General Landscape Solutions will not be held responsible for any damage done or conditions to any plants.
- Discounts may not be applied to warranty price
- Warranty for plants can be purchased before or on the installation day when signing the paperwork.
Company Discounts:
- General Landscape Solutions often does sales on products, for information about what is on sale you can check the website home page that will have an announcement for the sale. There is also a tab in the online store that is titled "On SALE!". Information regarding sales can also be found on the Instagram and Facebook pages. Questions regarding the sale can also be brought up to a General Landscape Solutions employee by visiting us at the nursery or calling the office.
- If the sale has ended the price does not apply unless a deposit has been made on the plants and it is within 4 months of receiving the deposit.
- Some plants and services are not eligible for certain discounts
- General Landscape Solutions offers a bulk discount for orders of $7,500+ worth of plants, this discount will take 5% off the total. Some restrictions may apply.
- General Landscape Solutions offers returning customer discounts when a review is done on the General Landscape Solutions Facebook page or Google account, this discount takes 3% off the total.
- If the order is $2,000+ worth of plants and services then the first 50mi of their delivery will be free.
- Per company policy no additional discounts are available.
Pricing and Availability:
- General Landscape Solutions provides an updated availability list at the beginning of the month. Over the month, some products may become unavailable or the price might change without notice.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Not all products listed on the availability are available at General Landscape Solutions main location.
Deposits:
- Deposits are required to tag plants for a delivery or an installation.
- Deposits are required to be put on the schedule for delivery or installation.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Deposits can be used as store credit for available products.
- Deposits for orders being delivered and installed are 50% of the total, if the order changes resulting in the deposit to be more than the total of the plants now being ordered, the difference is not refunded. The difference can be used as a store credit.
Picking Out Plants:
- To tag the plants you would like to have delivered/installed a deposit must be paid to hold the plants. With the deposit, the plants will be held until the delivery/installation date agreed by the customer and the General Landscape Solutions employee.
- To tag the plants you would like to pick up the payment must be paid in full and a date must be agreed by the customer and the General Landscape Solutions employee for pick-up.
- If the customer changes their mind about picking up the plants/does not want the plants and the trees are picked out and/or already prepared, a refund is not available.
Payment methods:
- General Landscape Solutions accepts all major credit cards/ debit cards.
- General Landscape Solutions accepts company checks.
- General Landscape Solutions accepts cash.
- General Landscape Solutions accepts Zelle.
Scheduling:
- Customers are not confirmed for a delivery, installation, or pick-up until the deposit for full payment is complete.
- A General Landscape Solutions employee might inform you of the next available day that is open for the
delivery, installation, or pick-up but this day could change by the time the deposit/payment is completed.
